Get picked up from central Albany to begin your 4-hour adventure heading south along the rugged peninsula with your experienced local guide. Located just 10km outside of Albany, the incredible Torndirrup National Park is home to several natural wonders&nbsp;that have been carved out of the cliffs from decades of wind and pounding waves, including The Gap and the Natural Bridge. Both wonders provide lookouts with&nbsp;outstanding views of the Southern Ocean and the coast from Bald Head to West Cape Howe.&nbsp;

Enjoy wildflowers, interesting rock formations, and scenic views in all directions on a short walk around Stony Hill, the highest point in Torndirrup National Park. From here, amidst the bushland, it is possible to see the vast expanse of the Southern Ocean and the rugged coastlines that early explorers first encountered as they rounded the peninsula&nbsp;for the sheltered waters of Princess Royal Harbour.

At The Gap, feel the&nbsp;power of the wind and water from the masterfully crafted, protected walkway&nbsp;lookout over the Gap.&nbsp;See the pounding&nbsp;waves as they thrash the granite walls and surge through the spaces. Travel on to the cove from&nbsp;where sailing boats launch into the quiet harbour before one more view from the&nbsp;Albany Wind Farm to Mutton Bird Island. Tours will operate with a minimum of 2 persons per tour; except journeys to Bremer Bay which require a minimum of 3 persons and journeys on Sunday which require a minimum of 4 persons. 
 
All bookings must be made a minimum of 18 hours prior to tour departure date and time. All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Bookings not paid within 18 hours of travel departure, may be cancelled. All fares are accurate at the time of printing and updated annually. Tickets are non-transferrable. Booking amendment fees may apply to group bookings. 
 
Courtesy pick-up arrangements must be made at the time of booking. All prices referred to are in Australian Dollars and include GST (Government Goods &amp; Services Tax). 
 
Under the National Plan to transition Australia&rsquo;s National COVID-19 Response (the National Plan) the Federal and State Governments will introduce a range of COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements for travellers, customers, and staff.

 
The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operator&#39;s premises, event or service. Where the customer does not so comply and cancels or is unable to access the operator&#39;s premises, event or service, the customer shall forfeit any and all monies paid.

Concessions 
A valid concession card must be presented when purchasing a concession ticket and when boarding the coach. The travel date must fit within the &lsquo;valid to&rsquo; date of the concession card. Concessions rates apply in the following way: 
Concession rate Valid holders of a Pension card, Student card or Commonwealth Healthcare card 
Accompanied Child Aged 16 years or under 
Family 2 adults and 2 children aged 16 years or under 
 
Age Restrictions 
Children are not permitted on tours unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no age restriction on day tours, however where a child requires an additional seat restraining device, this should be advised at time of booking; provided and fitted by the legal guardian. 
 
Courtesy Pick Up &amp; Drop Off 
We pick up from locations around the Albany CBD (within 20km) and return to the same pick-up point at the conclusion of the tour. 
 
Payment Methods 
Payment may be made either by credit card or direct deposit. Our bank account details will be provided on request. We accept major credit cards. Please be sure you have read and accepted our terms and conditions prior to sending your payment. Trade distributors will be invoiced according to contractual agreement. 
 
Refund and Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation of a booking or part thereof will incur the fees listed below. Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be made for any unused services and clients will be responsible for their travel arrangements from that point onward. 
&bull; &gt; 48 hours - full refund 
&bull; &lt; 48 hours - no refund 
&bull; No refund is given if a passenger fails to board service 
&bull; Bookings can be open-dated for up to 12 months from purchase date or transferred to another service up until 18 hours prior to the service departure time. 
&bull; Any cancellation or amendment to a booking must be made in writing ie email with phone number 
If your booking is made through a booking agent their cancellation fees may differ to the above and will be additional to these terms and conditions. 
 
Travel Insurance 
The Operator requires passengers to be aware of the importance of travel insurance when traveling. We strongly advise to take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover against cancellation costs, lost or damaged luggage or costs incurred from injury or illness. 
 
Liability 
No liability can be taken by The Operator, the Owner/Operators or any of its affiliates in case of, but not limited to, damage to personal belongings, personal loss, theft, injury or sickness whilst participating in designated activities. Valuables should be kept with the passenger at all times. The Operator reserves the right to alter the route, itinerary or to cancel the operation if road, weather or other conditions dictate. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any curtailment, delay or alteration of any tour, whether caused by flooding, fire, road closure, mechanical defect or any other causes, are the responsibility of the passenger.

The Operator and/or its employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times at any stage of a tour and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services, or guarantee the operation of any 3rd party service. In the event of break down or other unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure the continued operation of the tour. 
 
Service Cancellations 
The Operator&#39;s services may be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen operational circumstances and/or as a result of natural disasters, e.g. cyclones, flooding, operational requirements, etc. The Operator cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by passengers as a result of cancelled services. Any costs incurred by passengers as a result of cancellations will be borne solely by the passenger. Affected sectors of passenger bookings will be open- dated for future use and remain valid until used or for 12 months from the date of first purchase, whichever is sooner. 
 
Boarding 
The Operator recommends passengers are at their departure point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. 
 
Smoking/ Alcohol/ Drugs 
Smoking, drinking of alcohol and taking or transporting non-prescription drugs is not permitted aboard a tour at any time. 
 
Passenger Behaviour 
The Operator reserves the right to refuse travel to a passenger who does not abide by a minimum dress standard of shirt, trousers/shorts/skirt and footwear. Intoxicated passengers may be refused travel, at driver discretion. Violent, disorderly and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and any person behaving in this way may be refused entry to the coach or may be removed from a service. Any costs incurred as a result of this action will be borne by the passenger. 
 
Animals 
The Operator cannot transport animals as our luggage department does not meet the &quot;Australian Animal Welfare Standards and Guidelines&quot; or the &quot;RSPCA Policy for the Transportation of animals&quot;. Service animals such as &#39;seeing eye dogs are allowed transport with passengers who require the service of the animal on board the coach. 
 
Privacy 
The information you enter here will be used only to track your payment. It will not be sold to any other party. 
 
Luggage Restrictions 
Day Tours: small carry-on bag. A few small things are recommended to make your trip more enjoyable; hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, warm clothing and rain jacket, water bottle (1L), camera with LOTS of memory and battery. Extended Tours: luggage max 10kg and one carry-on bag. 
 
Meals 
To cater for all dietary requirement including vegetarian, gluten free please advise when booking (a small surcharge may apply). Water is provided in all vehicles. 
 
Digital Media Consent &amp; Release 
While on tour our staff or other passengers may take video, audio or digital photos of passengers which may then be used to promote our business or be used in social media posts. 
 
COVID 
Clean accreditations 
The Operator has achieved accreditation for COVID19 Clean Business Practice with the Tourism Council of WA and has also complied with the requirements for listing on the Tourism Trade Checklist Directory of COVID Ready businesses. 
Guests must self-report if they have the following COVID symptoms

Guests will be asked to report COVID symptoms on these occasions 
&bull; At time of booking 
&bull; The day before departure 
&bull; The day of departure 
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are giving The Operator&nbsp;permission to use this material for any purpose which meets our primary criteria as a tour operator.
