	<li>The tour is committed to safety and therefore reserves the right to cancel or change tour destinations in the event of inclement weather. Any proposed changes to scheduled tour destinations will be discussed with you prior to your booked tour. If a tour is cancelled by the operator, you will have an option to either rebook or request a refund.</li>
	<li>Tours will not be cancelled due to cold weather, hot weather, light rain or light winds.</li>
	<li>The operator reserves the right to cancel a tour if there are too few participants booked (minimum of 6). Any such cancellations will be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to commencement of a tour and will be rescheduled to a mutually suitable date and time. Overseas and interstate visitors have the option of a full refund or reschedule.</li>
	<li>In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your tour please contact us. If cancellation is within 48 hours of your tour departure, you will not be entitled to rebook or a refund. If you are late or miss your scheduled tour you will not be entitled to a refund.</li>

The tour paddles under the Victoria Bridge and as the colours change, you&#39;ll get awesome&nbsp;views of the colonial facade of the Treasury Casino. Next, the tour&nbsp;passes the&nbsp;modern Brisbane Wheel, illuminated with hundreds of lights. You&#39;ll see people strolling along the waterfront at South Bank and then head towards the Maritime Museum where you can take&nbsp;photos. Then you&#39;ll begin the return paddle along the river to the Brisbane West End starting point.

Behaviour

	<li>Any participant who, at the reasonable belief of a tour guide, appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs prior to the commencement of a tour will NOT be allowed to participate and their payment will not be refunded.</li>
	<li>Any participant found to be endangering or participating in anti-social behaviour towards the tour guide or other tour participant/s, prior to or during the tour, will be removed from the tour and no refund will be provided.</li>
	<li>Note all participants must stay in the group for safety</li>
	<li>If you cannot keep up with the group you will be asked to get back on land with help, we will offer a tour on Tingalpa Creek, there will not be a refund</li>

Equipment
