From the mainland, it takes approximately 75 minutes to get over to the island.

Yes, there is onsite parking for a fee, or free all-day parking on the street. If you wish to park on site, please pay when you arrive at the boom gate at Rivergate Marina.

Yes, we are able to accommodate prams on board, however, due to safety and customers comfort, please do not block walkways or doorways. We usually prefer prams to be folded down.

Yes, you can move around the boat as you wish, there is no set seating. The VIP captains lounge is located on the middle deck, and the lounge area is strictly limited to the VIP Captains Club customers, however, you are still welcome to come through and speak to the Captain as you wish.

As we offer a versatile buffet lunch menu, we do not cater to special dietary requests, however, if you wish to bring your own lunch, or something to add to your lunch, please feel free to do so.
The tropical buffet lunch offers a delicious selection of cold dishes such as succulent roast chicken and fresh-baked ham off the bone, wild-caught local king prawns, a selection of different salads including garden salad, caesar salad, coleslaw and fresh bread rolls. Plus a tropical fruit platter to top it all off.

Hat, swimmers, towel, sunscreen, a dry change of clothes, cash or credit card for optional activities and onboard purchases.

Yes, we have kids snorkelling masks and fins available to use on the day during snorkelling.

No, unfortunately, we do not have lockers on board. For the enjoyment of everyone on board, please be mindful of where you leave your belongings.

We have designed the itinerary to do as much or as little as you like. From relaxing on the sundeck with a couple of casual beers, or snorkelling, fish feeding and other optional activities throughout the day. It is great for all ages and offers a great day out on the water, even if you do not wish to snorkel.

The majority of the customers we carry do not get seasick. However, this depends largely on the individual. Travelling on our fast, stable vessel ensures the smoothest possible ride arriving at the Tangalooma Shipwrecks in the shortest amount of time (approximately 75 minutes).

Is the trip suitable for children and babies?
Yes, it is suitable for all ages ā including families with children and infants. Adult supervision is required at all times for children under 16 years of age and is not the responsibility of the crew. Floatation devices such as life jackets and noodles are available to use whilst in the water. Snorkelling equipment is also available in childrenās sizes. Please note that children and infants are not allowed to be left unsupervised on the boat during snorkelling.

We recommend that children over the age of 6 years can join the snorkel tour on the Tangalooma Wrecks, however, this is a recommendation only. A medical questionnaire must be completed and signed by all passengers and including parent/guardian for snorkelers under 16 years.

Absolutely. Our highly qualified crew can have you in the water and enjoying the magic of snorkelling in no time.

We do not carry prescription snorkelling masks. Contact lenses can be worn snorkelling however please note some water may get into your mask. Please consult your local GP for any further queries.
Do I have to wear a stinger suit?

There are no requirements to wear a stinger suit in Southeast Queensland as there are no Box jellyfish or Irukandji. Other marine stingers inhabit southeast Queensland waters however these will usually only cause skin irritations.
