Your adventure starts when we pick you up from your accommodation and drive up to the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse, the most eastern point of mainland Australia.&nbsp;Be blown away by the 360-degree panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean and mountain landscape, and walk around the base of the lighthouse. Between May and October, whales can be spotted on their annual migration, or local dolphins frolicking,&nbsp;and this is one of the best vantage points to soak up this majestic sight.

Then, for a change of scenery,&nbsp;it&rsquo;s off to visit a real working farm&nbsp;known as The Farm, a beautiful property&nbsp;located just on the outskirts of Byron Bay. Gain a first-hand experience of seeing how food is grown and produced and learn about their Grow, Feed and Educate motto that inspires a connection with and desire to live more harmoniously with the environment. Meet the&nbsp;heritage black pigs, Scottish Highland cattle and free-roaming chickens as you stroll through fields of flowers,&nbsp;macadamia and pecan plantations and&nbsp;market gardens filled with in-season produce.

From there we drive to the mystical Crystal Castle. Here you can marvel at the massive natural crystals on show, get lost in a garden labyrinth, take a gentle walk, touch the World Peace stupa or just enjoy a coffee and soak up the hushed tranquillity of this amazing place.&nbsp;The Zen quality of the crystals will put you in the perfect frame of mind for a drive through the beautiful Byron Hinterland to our next destination,&nbsp;the historic and delightful town of Bangalow.

In Bangalow,&nbsp;you will enjoy&nbsp;a delicious, locally-sourced BBQ&nbsp;lunch and soak up the old-world charm of the architecture. There is time to stroll through the unique village, with a fascinating mix of local shops, galleries and cafes where you can pick up that special keepsake or gift. From Bangalow, we weave through the stunning hinterland landscape&nbsp;back to Byron Bay, where you will be dropped off&nbsp;with plenty of time to have a late afternoon swim or surf. Enjoy the feeling&nbsp;of having been away for a week, full of new sights, smells and experiences.

Tom is an exceptional tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the area its history. He 's a great conversationlist, easy going n took care of our comfort on a hot day. He tweaked our iternary a bit so we avoided exherting ourselves in the heat. And we were also able to add Wategos beach for a quick stop. I recommend Tom highly for small tours and short corporate ones as well.

In all cases, The Operator will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour. What&#39;s Included The range of included services is mentioned under &quot;What ?s Included&quot; in the brochures, on our website and in the booking confirmation of The Operator. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which where necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don&#39;t change the style of the tour significant. The Operator reserves the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour. Cancellation Fees Cancellation less then 24 hours prior to departure date and time or no show: 100% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee. Cancellation less then 48 hours but more then 24 hours prior to departure date and time: 25% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee. Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to departure date and time: 15% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee. The Operator&nbsp;reserve the right to cancel a tour due to dangerous weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants to operate the tour couldn&#39;t be reached. In the event of a cancellation of the tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either not charge money for the tour cancelled or to offer the customer an alternative tour. The alternative tour options offered invariably operate on different dates to the customer&#39;s original choice; making it all the more difficult to fit around the customers other prearranged plans. To take up the alternative tour options the customer will usually have to amend his/her other arrangements either side of your Byron Bay visit. Any expenses associated with those changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of the customer, and not The Operator. Unclaimed Benefits Should the customer not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund. Responsibility The Operator is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its pamphlets. It is understood and agreed that The Operator is not the guardian of any customer&#39;s safety and they can not be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the customer&#39;s participation on the tour. The Operator disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries and costs the customer might incur as a result of joining our tour. The customer&#39;s safety is our concern but the customer&#39;s responsibility. Release and Waiver Every participant of our tours has to sign a waiver before we start the tour. Although we take every measure to keep the customer safe, well and happy, we do strongly recommend that he/she has his/her own insurance in place.
