However, The Operator is constrained in the service they provide by the vehicle fleet's infrastructure and the infrastructure of the locations visited on tour. The Operator is unable to provide an accessible bathroom at most locations visited, and access into the vehicles is not ramped and involves a step, so it is not suited to wheelchairs or guests with more limited mobility.
