No fitness level or SUP/kayak experience is necessary to participate in the tours

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the paddle boarding&nbsp;tours, they are not accessible for prams or people with certain physical limitations.

&nbsp;

The Operator is&nbsp;able to accommodate for people who have hearing difficulties. Please note that they do accept companion cards. Interpreters and such are not charged tour fees when accompanying a guest.

Coffs Harbour is situated in Gumbaynggirr country &ndash; Gumbaynggirr is one of 250 distinct Aboriginal tribal sovereign nations that have existed on the continent of Australia since time immemorial.

&nbsp;

Long ago, the country here was given the name and language Gumbaynggirr. The people who were living on this country were then forced to speak the language&nbsp;and, in doing so, also became Gumbaynggirr, thus highlighting the interconnectedness of country, language, and people.

&nbsp;

This tour&nbsp;takes place on the homelands of the Gumbaynggirr tribal nation, and all of the guides are Gumbaynggirr people or Aboriginal people who have strong familial ties to Gumbaynggirr country. This ensures you will receive a 100% authentic cultural experience while enjoying the adventure!

This&nbsp;cultural tour takes you on an experience that allows you to learn Gumbaynggirr stories, language and bush tucker from the stunning creek and culturally significant walking locations.

&nbsp;

Start with&nbsp;a paddle board&nbsp;tour in a beautiful marine park setting. Feel&nbsp;the sand between your toes, the water over your body, and let it connect you to the soul of the country.

&nbsp;

Stop for a break and taste&nbsp;seasonal bush foods such as lemon myrtle, yams, pig face (barridamam), honeysuckle banksia (maawa), native sarsparella, and paper bark tree (balawungga).&nbsp;You&#39;ll also have the chance to find and&nbsp;touch&nbsp;bush medicines.

&nbsp;

Once back on dry land, you&#39;ll join a walking tour at Sealy Lookout,&nbsp;Orara East State Forest. Learn how the language, Gumbaynggirr came to be in the Dreaming and learn simple Gumbaynggirr phrases.&nbsp;Follow&nbsp;a traditional Gumbaynggirr Dreaming story and engage with the resilience of Gumbaynggirr culture and learn how the culture has been preserved over time. Guests will need to drive between the paddleboard site and the walking tour.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Tours operate between 7am and 4:30pm, and the Operator will contact you to&nbsp;select an appropriate time&nbsp;to suit the tides. Red Rock is the ideal location for the paddle boarding tour, however, it can change depending on the tide, but the Operator will confirm the location when confirming the departure time.&nbsp;

	<li>If the instructor becomes aware of a medical condition during the tour, and feels that it is unsafe to continue, the instructor can refuse to continue, no refund/credit will be given or rescheduling of the lesson will be offered</li>
