Where is the best place to park?
It's recommended you park at Bruce Bishop carpark which is just around the corner and is the cheapest. There is also parking available at Circle on Cavill.

People of any age can ride the Aquaduck, even babies. Child rates are available for 2-16 years. 0-1 years are free on their parent’s lap.

This is completely up to you. The ride is bumpy and maybe uncomfortable from time to time. Many of the tour guides have been pregnant working on the duck up until 9 months, but it’s up to you.

Yes, the vessel is fully covered, and in wet conditions, there are clear pull-down sides to keep the water out.

No, you will not get wet on the Aquaduck ride.

There is no storage on board or in the booking office for prams and large bags. Please leave them in your car or hotel room.

Yes, the Aquaduck is very safe. You don’t need to swim as you'll stay onboard the whole time. The vessel also carries life jackets on board in case of emergency and the trained staff will assist in this situation.
Does it cost extra for kids to drive the Duck?

No. It does not. Once on the water, the skipper will offer all children the opportunity to have a turn at driving the Duck if they wish. If they choose to do so, they will be presented with the Aquaduck Captains Certificate personalised with their name. This is free of charge and part of the Aquaduck experience.

Boarding the Vessel:
Aquaduck Safaris offers an exciting adventure on the water, but please note that the Aquaduck is not wheelchair friendly. However, if assistance is available for boarding, the wheelchair can be safely stored at the departure office. Customers need to climb six steps to board the Aquaduck, and there are rope handrails on each side to assist with boarding.
First Aid and CPR Trained Boat Drivers:
The safety of our passengers is a top priority at Aquaduck Safaris. All our boat drivers are trained in First Aid and CPR, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
Toilets:
Public and accessible toilets are available across the road at the Circle on Cavill. To access these facilities, head behind Dumpling on Noodle eatery to the right of Woolworths.
Carer's Card Holder Discount:
Aquaduck Safaris offers a 50% discount to carers card holders when accompanying their companion on the Aquaduck. We appreciate the support and care provided by carers and are happy to extend this discount as a gesture of gratitude.
Accessible Car Parking:
For our passengers with disabilities, Aquaduck Safaris provides twelve (12) designated disabled parking spots at the Bruce Bishop car park. Located on the corner of Beach Road and Ferny Avenue in Surfers Paradise, six spots are available on the ground floor past the Beach Road entry, and six spots are on lower level 1, just in front of the lifts. All vehicles must display a current disabled parking label, including interstate and overseas labels, which are accepted. Vehicles with a valid disabled parking permit will be exempt from fees. Simply present your parking ticket along with your disabled parking permit to the car park staff during office hours or security staff after hours to obtain an exit pass free of charge.

Aquaduck Safaris warmly welcomes service animals in our departure terminal and on the Aquaduck. We understand the importance of service animals for our passengers and strive to accommodate their needs.

Public toilets are available in Circle on Cavill next to Woolworths and the Paradise Centre Shopping Centre.

Lucky for you, it’s both! As it's a bus and a boat you get two tours for the price of one. The Aquaduck tour spends approximately 40mins on the water and 20mins on the road.
