The biggest rule is the 200 metre distance you need to stay from everything, this includes other jetskis so if you're part of a big group you will need to know you have to keep your distance from each other, at no stage can you get close. Safety is the biggest priority. Jet skiing is a lot of fun but it can also be dangerous so The Operator has systems in place to ensure all hirers are safe and have an amazing time on the water. 

Skis are licensed to operate within Horseshoe Bay, this means you can't leave Horseshoe and The Operator needs to be able to see you at all times. The hire area is roughly 2km square and while you have to keep away from boats and protected marine areas inside the bay, The Operator assures you there's plenty of space to cruise around.

Waterproof bags for you to take small personal belongings out with you (phones + cameras). There is a glove box on the jetski which is water resistant for you to place belongings in.

Watches - each ski has a watch to keep track of time.

At the end of your hire we simply remove the 32gb micro SD card and pass it to you to take home with all your images and videos to share with your family and friends

Our minimum age to be a passenger on a jetski with an adult (18+) is 6 years old.

16 and 17 year olds can ride on their own but NOT with another under age passenger, we require a guardian to be present at the time of hiring to complete the rental agreement (including ID and Visa/Mastercard).

No. The Operator delivers a thorough safety briefing and you won't leave the shore until you're confident and they're confident of your capabilities. It is incredibly easy to pick up and The Operator is there every step of the way to assist you.
