What&#39;s Aqua Donut?&nbsp;It may sound like a blue-coloured donut or maybe a toy, but it&#39;s neither.&nbsp; 
 
Aqua Donut&nbsp;is actually a circular boat with a built-in&nbsp;charcoal barbeque&nbsp;station to enable a unique dining experience as one floats along the Melbourne&#39;s picturesque Docklands precinct. It&#39;s a great way for Melburnians to gather over a meal and appreciate their gorgeous city at once. 
 
Gathering friends or family for a ride on an Aqua Donut is an ideal way to celebrate a special occasion or organise an event for out-of-towners. Aqua Donuts are the&nbsp;perfect spot to&nbsp;chill and grill&nbsp;your favourite foods - burgers, prawns, halloumi, corn or whatever else you can think of! 
 
Aqua Donuts can seat up to 10 adults and be hired for up to 2 hours.&nbsp;Rentals are available for Friday through Sunday, morning til night.

Aqua Donut Docklands

It was so cool to be able to drive our own donut-shaped boat around the Docklands, and the views of the city skyline were seriously epic. Plus, the boat was super easy to operate, so even if you're not the most experienced sailor, you'll still have a blast!

The vessel must be controlled at all times by the holder of a current, valid motor license. All other state marine licensing rules apply. The hirer will NOT allow any other person to control the vessel unless listed on the booking form &amp; is responsible for all occupants and their actions. Operating the vessel is only permitted from 11am - 8.30pm or unless otherwise stated. Suitable PFD, (lifejackets) for all passengers i.e. adult, juvenile, child should be worn at all times. The vessel is not to operate in non-smooth waters (at sea). The hirer must not operate the vessel in poor weather or sea/river conditions and must come back to the shore as soon as possible or where such conditions are imminent, if these conditions are present before the hire proceeds a transfer of reservation will be granted. A cancelled hire will forfeit your booking fee Weather forecast monitoring is the responsibility of the hirer and Aqua Donut to ensure safety of persons on board the vessel.

Bad weather guarantee -&nbsp;We provide bad weather guarantee which means if weather is not suitable for sailing, you can reschedule your booking as many times as you like without any cost. Please note reservations are non-refundable. Security Deposit - security deposit of $500 will be required at the start of the session which will be returned once you are back on time and without any damage. Vessels are not permitted to cross specific floating areas under any circumstances. You will be required to drive to the markers in the middle of water and stay there. You can not drive around for 2 hours. Should the said vessel not be returned within the agreed time stipulated and the hirer is unable to be made contact with, it will be deemed the hirer to have lost/stolen the vessel and the franchisee will take steps to regain possession, including police action. An additional cost will be charged for a late return of $50 per 15 minutes if not prearranged. The hirer must pay penalty notices if issued by any Authority, occurring during the hire period. The hirer must pay for any damage or losses caused to the vessel/equipment/trailer during the hire period. The hirer WILL accept the consequences if he/she or any listed co-driver breach these conditions and will not be covered by insurance if found to be in breach of the conditions. The Hirer also undertakes to advise all passengers of the risks and dangers associated with the use and operation of the vessel prior to boarding. The hirer acknowledges &amp; understands all safety material and briefings that have been presented.

Alcohol -Nominated driver has to be at least 25 and cannot consume ANY alcohol at all and all the passengers can only drink moderately and should have a BAC less than 0.05 at all times. If the policy is breached, authorities will be notified and you will forfeit your security deposit.

Cleaning -&nbsp;Hirers will need to dispose of the rubbish and uneaten food in the garbage bags provided otherwise a cleaning charge of $50 applies and will be deducted from security deposit.

Couples/Small Group hire -Small group is up to 5 passengers on board and you are not allowed to come back to dock to replace passengers. Boarding will be denied if the condition is not met and hire fee will be forfeited.

Gift Cards -Vouchers and reschedules due to weather are not permitted on public holidays because we have a different pricing and you can&#39;t pay the difference to make a booking. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the hirer acknowledges that they have read, understand &amp; agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this rental agreement and have made themselves familiar with both the location &amp; content of the safety management plan and understand this. The hirer is responsible for all occupants complying with all conditions. If they have presented their credit card for payment, all amounts payable under the agreement and for any road or water violations may be billed to the credit card. Confirmation and sighting of the hirer&#39;s identification will be required. Please also visit our FAQ page for any other information or contact us for more information.
