	<li>Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the schedule start are only eligble to receive a gift voucher to the same value as their booked tour, and may rebook their tour any time within 3 years of receiving their new voucher. Any other refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of the supplier</li>
	<li>Customers will also receive a refund or credit in case of&nbsp;cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances</li>

The tour includes tastings at each bar, but not food, so please make sure you eat before the tour.

The tour is not really designed for anyone under 18 years of age as we are attending bars. The supplier suggests you leave the kids at home and have a really great night.

Under 18 year olds can visit Victorian bars, but by law they must be accompanied by their parent/s. If your booking includes people under 18 years of age, please let the supplier know when you book.

I hereby consent and agree that the supplier has the right to take or use photographs of me (and/or my property) and to use these in any and all media worldwide including online, now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever.

	I hereby release to the Photographer all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market copies. I waive any rights, claims or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in the photographs and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of me.

	I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement.

	<li>The supplier shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with any of the above activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent&#39;s control.</li>
	<li>In consideration of, and as a part of the payment for, the right to participate in such tours and as a part of the payment for, the services arranged for me by the supplier&nbsp;and its agents, employees, associates, affiliated companies, or subcontractors, I DO HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THE ABOVE RISKS, including, to the extent permitted by law, the risk of negligent or reckless acts or omissions of the supplier, its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, or subcontractors, and I DO HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD the supplier and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, and subcontractors, HARMLESS against any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, suits, claims, and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have or which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with my participation in any activities arranged for me by the supplier and its agents, employees, associates, affiliated companies, or subcontractors.</li>
