At its peak height of 120 metres &ndash; the equivalent of a 40 storey building &ndash; the Melbourne Star provides uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic views of Melbourne, Port Phillip Bay and the surrounding area, stretching up to 40 kms. Our in-cabin audio commentary will reveal interesting stories about Melbourne past and present.

Due to operational requirements, guests are unable to select a cabin and will be directed by Management to the cabin they are to board for their experience.&nbsp;

The Melbourne Star has 21 spacious, temperature-controlled cabins that provide an unparalleled, 360-degree view of the city. You can safely walk around the cabin&nbsp;and take in the sights from all angles. There&#39;s also audio commentary that provides a brief introduction to the history of the city and the significance of the landmarks below. Melbourne Star&rsquo;s fully enclosed cabins&nbsp;are large enough to allow up to 20 guests to walk comfortably around without the feeling of cabin movement or vibration.

	<li>Your access to the Attraction is subject to the following Terms which may be updated by us from time to time. By purchasing or receiving a ticket to ride on the Attraction or by entering any part of the Premises, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and have understood them to be binding. It is your responsibility to read and inform yourself as to these Terms.</li>
	<li>Any variations to these Terms will only apply to ticket purchases made after the Terms have been updated. If you are unclear or do not understand the Terms, please speak to the Duty Manager at Guest Relations (at the Ticket Office) before you take your flight.</li>
	<li>The tour reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Attraction or Premises for failure to comply with any of these Terms.</li>
	<li>The tour will endeavor to ensure that the Attraction is open to Guests during our advertised opening hours. However, our hours of operation are subject to change without notice due to weather or operational requirements. The tour&nbsp;reserves the right to suspend, close the Attraction or to cancel a flight in such circumstances. In the event of such suspension or closure, we shall reschedule flight bookings to an alternative time and/or date. Under no circumstances do we accept any liability for any unavailability, cancellation or closure of the Attraction or any flight.</li>
	<li>You are responsible for your own personal property whilst on the Premises. We may limit or restrict bags, backpacks, suitcases and other similar items from being taken on board a flight in order to meet health and safety and operational requirements. The tour reserve the right to inspect any bags or similar items prior to you boarding a flight.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Limits have been placed on entry and throughout our attraction to ensure compliance with single space density requirements &ndash; a distance of 1.5 metres from all other persons with a maximum of 10 guests per cabin (including infants &amp; children).</li>
	<li>Tickets are valid 365 days from purchase date. Your second experience must be used within 14 days of your first.</li>
	<li>Children 4 and under do not require a ticket to fly.</li>
	<li>Concession tickets are only available for holders of a concession card, seniors card, student card or pensioners card. Additional beverage can be purchased on second flight. Alcohol cannot be served to guests under the age of 18 years</li>
