We split the day up into two riding sections. The first trails we ride are the Kurrajong Plantation Trails. These trails are mostly flat but allow us to build up our confidence as we twist and wind our way through this eucalyptus plantation. We then take a break for lunch before we pack the bikes up and move to the Stockyard Trails. Here is where we find our gravity assisted trails with smooth single track flowing down into the bottom of an old quarry highlighting the diversity of the You Yangs terrain. Of course what goes down must come up, but your guide will have a little trick up their sleeve to make sure you finish on a downhill before you finish up the tour and make the drive back to Melbourne.

Terms &amp; Conditions

Although every effort is made, the supplier shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The supplier highly recommends all passenger have travel insurance coverage. The supplier retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.

Risk and Waiver&nbsp;

While the supplier will do everything in their ability to inform guests of the dangers of mountain biking, ultimately you are in control of your own bike and must stay in control of your bike at all times.

Before partaking in of of the supplier tour you will be required to read, complete and sign an Acknowledgement, Assuption of Risk, Waiver and Release from Liability form. This will be provided when you are picked up.&nbsp;Without completion of this form you will not be allowed to participate.&nbsp;

Cancellation Policy

Failure to board or cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; cancellation or transfer within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.&nbsp;The supplier will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. 
From time to time tours may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions (too wet or high fire danger). In these cases you will be offered another day to tour. If this does not work with your travels then a full refund will apply.

Transfer Policy

$25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 48 hours to 7 days before departure. Transfer within 48 hours will result in full fare forfeiture.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Child Policy

Due to the nature of the activity and sizing of bicycles, children under 15 are not permitted on our tours. Children over the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

&nbsp;

Lugguage Policy

Day Tours: There are no luggage storage facilities on day tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider for the day.

Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day&nbsp;may result in refusal to board. A day pack is acceptable.

Multi-day Tours: In addition to your bike please keep your luguage restricted to one travel bag.

Privacy Policy

By booking a tour with the supplier you are agreeing that we may contact you in relation to feedback about a tour which you have undertaken with the supplier. The supplier may contact you via email in relation to specials or promotional offers. In the event you do not wish to receive any correspondence from the supplier, please select the easy opt out button to discontinue any communication.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Pick Up and Drop Off Service

The supplier offers a complimentary inner city pickup and drop off service. Please note it is the customer&rsquo;s responsibility to be waiting out the front of the pickup location (Regent Theatre - 191 Collins St) at least 10 minutes before departure. On the supplier Mt Buller trip you will be given time and pickup location options for your return to Melbourne.&nbsp;Failure to wait out the front of these&nbsp;location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. &nbsp;The supplier cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.

MTB Adventures shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused, occurring of, or to, the passenger at any time while participating in any tour or related activity and passengers will travel with the understanding that these conditions are accepted prior to departure. Travel insurance is recommended. The management retains the right to alter fares, itineraries and the day of operation, also to cancel tours for any unforeseen circumstances. In any case or cancellation, the passenger will receive a full refund of money paid.

Departs Melbourne. Please inform MTB Adventures of any health/medical conditions/requirements and the height of each pax. For open dated tickets, please give 7 days notice to book. All bookings MUST reconfirm 48hrs in advance.
