	<li>Cancellation within 24 hours of departure will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking fees.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>No-show will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking fees.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Cancellation for a full refund, or a credit note valid for 12 months, is permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Cancellation fees have been calculated with reference to the reasonable costs incurred by us as a result of the cancellation, and the likelihood that we will be able to re-book the cancelled booking.&nbsp;</li>

Please note: Car parking at Barrack Square, Perth is limited to 2 hours. The nearest parking area is 500 metres to the east along Riverside Drive at the Terrace Road car park.

No alcohol can be removed from the vessels. The exception to this Law is when the alcohol has been purchased at 3rd party venues (e.g. Sandalford Estate or Mandoon) or is expressly sold on certain vessels under our &quot;liquor store licence&quot; which authorises the sale of packaged liquor for consumption off premises only.&nbsp;

	<li>Unfortunately The Supplier cannot ensure cross contamination will not occur with foods such as nuts, flour, gluten etc. Please enquire at time of booking with any questions that you may have in regards to allergies or special dietary requirements.</li>
	<li>Check-in for your cruise is required at least 30 minutes prior to cruise departure at the ticket counter in Perth (Pier 3, Barrack St Jetty, Perth) to collect your boarding passes. Boarding closes 10 minutes prior to cruise departure.</li>
	<li>&nbsp;If a cruise does not operate for any reason, such as not reaching minimum numbers, adverse river or weather conditions, or for any operational or other reasons outside of our control, then the customer will be offered an alternative day to travel; a credit note valid for 12 months; or a full refund at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises. No commission will be paid on any booking cancelled and refunded in full.&nbsp;</li>
