	Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the tour will recieve a 50% refund.

	Cancellations made more than 96 hours before will recieve a 100% refund.

	The Operator reserves the&nbsp;right to cancel and fully refund or reschedule at anytime due to the bad wind, weather conditions, or unseen mechanical problems. The skipper or the operations manager has the final call. For the safety of all&nbsp;passengers, if the conditions are unsafe, the tour doesn&#39;t run.

With 6 hours of non-stop action, this 1-day intensive &#39;Zero to Hero&#39; course will take you from a beginner to a kite surfing pro.

&nbsp;

The question is...are you ready to rise to the challenge?

&nbsp;

Objective 1: Mastering Kite Control

Unleash your kiteboarding potential with expert guidance on kite control. You&#39;ll be using a real kite, not a trainer kite, and will quickly get the hang of understanding its movements and feeling confident.

You&#39;ll start on the beach with harness training, then move onto theory, location assessment, rigging and water exercises.

You&#39;ll learn:

<ul>
	<li>How to read the weather and assess the location</li>
	<li>Equipment and safety theory</li>
	<li>Rigging and the various components of a kite</li>
	<li>Understanding the wind window and its relation to kiting</li>
	<li>Launching and landing a kite for someone else</li>
	<li>Piloting a kite and performing simple flying exercises in and out of the water</li>
</ul>

Objective 2: Body Dragging

Put your new kite control skills to the test with the body dragging lesson. You&#39;ll spend most of your time in the water, feeling the power of the kite as it drags you through the waves.

You&#39;ll refresh your kite skills, then improve with three different body dragging techniques. This is an essential skill as it will help you recover your board if you fall off and understand the force needed for a water start.

You&#39;ll learn:

	<li>How to safely enter and exit the water while controlling the kite</li>
	<li>Water relaunching the kite</li>
	<li>Basic and advanced upwind body dragging</li>
	<li>Change direction while body dragging</li>
	<li>Upwind body dragging with one hand</li>
	<li>Self-rescue and full pack-down in deep water</li>
</ul>

Objective 3: Water Start

It&#39;s time to feel the rush of adrenaline as you successfully board start for the first time! Your lesson will cover everything you need to know to make it happen.

You&#39;ll learn:

<ul>
	<li>The power strokes required for a water start</li>
	<li>Safety rules and theory for a water start</li>
	<li>Putting the board on your feet and maintaining the correct position</li>
	<li>Water starts in both directions and riding a short distance</li>
	<li>Coming to a controlled stop</li>
	<li>Determining wind strength, direction, and quality</li>
	<li>Right of way rules</li>
</ul>

One thing is for sure, by the end of this course, you&#39;ll be at a beginner-independent level and ready to continue practicing on your own! Your instructors will be there to give you tips and hacks to improve your riding or provide additional lessons - so get ready to soar!
