This tour departs Rainbow Beach, on Queensland&rsquo;s Sunshine Coast and is located 2.5 hours north of Brisbane &amp; just below Fraser Island. Meeting point is at our surf shop in Rainbow Beach.

This location features a long sandy point break with waves that seem to go forever and one of the easiest most satisfying waves you can ever&nbsp;learn to surf&nbsp;on. You could be riding waves for well over 100&#39;s of metres on your first&nbsp;surf lesson.

We take you from&nbsp;Rainbow Beach&nbsp;on a spectacular 13 km beach drive adventure to&nbsp;Double Island Point&nbsp; which features not only the longest right hand beginner break you will ever see but also the most stunning views of the&nbsp;coloured sand&nbsp;cliffs and&nbsp;Fraser Island.

&nbsp;

On arrival we get you set up with equipment, safety &amp; technique training and then hit the surf for some fun! Usual time catching waves before your surfed out is&nbsp;2 hours&nbsp;with some relax time on the beach before driving back along the beach to&nbsp;Rainbow Beach.

This trip is suitable for all ages and is a must for anyone looking for an adventurous and active day activity!

Our smaller&nbsp;surf school&nbsp;groups equal more waves for you and a much better 1 on 1 instructor time. 90 percent of our clients are first time surfers so don&#39;t worry if you have never surfed before, we will get you surfing quickly by teaching you the right surfing techniques safely. We have the latest design of soft boards in a variety of sizes to suit everyone.

Please read below terms and conditions carefully and contact for any further queries. All clients participating in aquatic activities provided by the supplier are required to complete and sign a Participant Declaration form on the day. Please be aware that any participants under 18 years will require parent/guardian consent.

Rates: All rates are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). All bookings are subject to availability and are on request basis.

Online processing fee: A processing fee is applicable to all online payments made via direct debit, credit, debit or charge cards.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Exclusions: Tours depart daily, excluding 25 December (Christmas Day).

Minimum guest numbers: The supplier requires minimum of 4 participants to operate and reserve the right on the rare occasion to postpone or cancel due to insufficient numbers.

Tour Departure Times: Departure times vary daily as a result of tide times to access Double Island Point along the Great Beach Drive. Please contact reception for specific departure times.

*Departure &amp; arrival locations can be altered on request basis at time of booking transfer required (e.g. Noosa to Rainbow Beach or Rainbow Beach to Noosa).

Child policy: Children must be over the age of 7 years and accompanied by a full paying adult. Adult rates apply for all guests. Please contact for children below 7 years and private tours as safety seat will be required.

&nbsp;

Liability disclosure conditions: All health/medical conditions must be informed to the supplier staff prior to departure &amp; detailed on completing participant declaration.

Participants must not participate in any activity if they have any injury, disability, medical or health condition that may increase them in becoming injured unless the supplier has been made aware of it and authorised and agreed for guest to participate.

Participants active in aqua tours &amp; lessons must be able to swim competently.

&nbsp;

Cancellation Policy: Please reconfirm booking 24-48 hours in advance in case of time change to suit best weather or beach conditions. Any cancellation inside 48 hours is non refundable. Any cancellation within 7 days will incur the deposit non refundable.

If cancellation is made by customer and not by the supplier regarding weather or any other reason the above policy stands.

The supplier reserves the right to change or cancel tours/ lessons on the rare occasion due to poor or dangerous weather and beach conditions.

Real time assessment may result in cancellation before departure, on arrival or during tour. Refund less the deposit is issued if unable to operate prior to departure due to weather constraints and participants are unable to re book or participate in another activity. If cancellation occurs during tour or on arrival to location, deposit will be non refundable to cover transportation and park fee costs.

&nbsp;

Wildlife: Due to the natural and non-contrived environment in which tours operate, the supplier cannot guarantee sighting of dolphins or any other marine life within the Great Sandy National Park. Nevertheless, our success rate is on average 90% for dolphin spotting on tour and due to the remote location of the tour the chances are high.

The supplier does not conduct any commercial whale watching programs and as such does not guarantee any marine life sightings. However, during the whale migration season our kayaking Eco tours often can come across migrating whales and the chances of experiencing the whales pass by in season are high.

Guarantees: **Guarantee stand up on your first surf lesson or your next surf lesson free &ndash; Under conditions that the participant is active in the full length of the surf lesson &amp; fully complies to the instruction &amp; safety procedures from the supplier instructors. Failure to do so will make this offer void.
