Each pass is subject to a purse value, which is based on the duration of the pass. The purse value is the maximum amount you can use, based on the standard gate price for each attraction. For example, with the 2-choice adult Explorer Pass, you can visit as many attractions for your pass type, up to the total cost of A$215.
Explorer Pass purse values:

4-choice Explorer Pass: adult A$ 390 / child A$ 320

Some of the attraction partners allow you to make a reservation via the easy-to-use Go City Go Reserve online portal. If an attraction requires a reservation through the portal, you'll find instructions on how to do so in the 'Know before you go' section of the attraction's page on their website and app.
When you make a reservation on the Go Reserve platform, this will count towards your pass usage.
If you have an Explorer Pass: your reservation will count as one of your choices.
If you fail to show up, or do not cancel in enough time, your reservation will still count as one of your days/choices.
