Does an adult have to accompany flyers under 18 years?
Flyers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 yrs of age) on the day of the flight. The parent/guardian will be required to provide a signature for their waiver as well as attend the classroom briefing. If you are bringing a group/party, the organiser can sign on behalf of multiple participants as a guardian.
To save time, please complete your waiver prior to arrival. It is particularly important that you take note of the information regarding previously dislocated shoulders.

What should I wear?
What should I wear?
Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers, or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes—you'll put your flight suit on over your street clothes. Individuals with long hair should wear it braided and in a low bun.
Firstly, we ask that every flyer completes a waiver before arrival which can be done online here. It is particularly important that you take note of the information regarding previously dislocated shoulders.
Please arrive comfortably dressed (avoid collars and hoods) and bring a pair of well-fitting lace-up trainers. We find that jeans, a t-shirt and a pair of skate/running shoes are ideal. If you don't have a pair of lace-up trainers, don't worry, we do have appropriate footwear for hire
If you have long hair we recommend bringing something to tie it up and maybe a brush.
You should be prepared to remove all loose items and all items of jewellery before flying. Whilst we do have basic lockers on site, we suggest leaving valuable items at home for real peace of mind.
Why do I need to wear a flight suit?
Why do I need to wear a flight suit?
The instructors are trained to grasp the handles of your flight suit should you need spotting.
Can I wear my glasses?
Can I wear my glasses?
If you wear glasses, we can provide extra-large goggles that fit neatly over your glasses, meaning your sight is not obstructed during your flights. Contact lenses can also be worn under standard goggles but please note, there's always a small risk they may come out.
Will I need to take off my watch and jewelry?
Will I need to take off my watch and jewelry?
Yes. You should remove any items that might flap around or become loose, such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings, and hair accessories. In addition, you should remove everything from your pockets. We do have lockers for your use, but we recommend that you leave anything valuable at home as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property.
Do I have to do the training session?
Do I have to do the training session?
All first-time flyers are required to take the training class. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information as well as some pre-flight practice of your flying position. If you’ve flown with us once within the last three months, you don’t have to do the training session again.
Can I eat before I fly?
Can I eat before I fly?
Yes, feel free to eat before your scheduled flight session. You won’t get any feeling of motion sickness, nausea, or dropping feeling in your stomach.
Is it hard to breathe?
Is it hard to breathe?
Not at all. It is the same as if you stick your head out a car window while driving. All you feel is the wind in your face. Just breathe normally, either through your mouth or your nose.
Is it scary?
Is it scary?
Generally, no. There’s no jumping, no falling, and no experience is needed. You simply float on a column of air. There is no sensation of falling or anything that would make you feel motion sickness.
Is it safe?
Is it safe?
Yes, your safety is our primary concern. Our unique design with its wall-to-wall air column, along with our certified and highly-trained instructors, allows you to safely enjoy your flight session. Your flight instructor is with you through your entire flight experience regardless of your level of experience.
