After lunch we will visit The Beneficio Matamb&uacute; home of the Diri&aacute; Coffee,&nbsp;where you will learn all about the coffee making production starting with an introduction to the coffee process, transportation to the drying area, roasting and grounding areas, used water treatment area and lombi-compost!
