This is a really fun Canopy tour of 13 cables in total, where you will have panoramic views of the Gulf of Nicoya&nbsp;- 90% of the Canopy tour. Moreover, in this tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the cable with more extension at our Adventure Park, with a total of 750 meters (2200 ft.) in length, which is performed in free-fall Superman Flight.

Let the adrenaline fly along with you in the safest and most fun activity for the whole family or groups of friends. You will also be doing several trails within the park, where you can enjoy and taste the different fruits we have in season, including oranges, mandarins, nances, carambola, mango, soursop, coffee, and cakes among other delights of Mother Nature.

<h2>Reservations, Payments and Cancellations Policies</h2>

Gray Line Shuttle and Airport Shuttle: Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure will be considered a &quot;no-show;&quot; therefore, no refunds will be made. Transfers are based upon scheduled departures. Private transfers are available upon request. Rates are subject to change without previous notice due to increases from our suppliers and/or changes in government taxes.

One day Tours: Cancellations within 36 hours prior to departure will be considered a &quot;no-show;&quot; therefore, no refunds will be made.

Hotels and packages: &nbsp;All bookings must be paid in full prior to client&#39;s arrival. &nbsp;Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to client&#39;s arrival will be considered a no-show, and are subject to the penalties imposed by hotels and other service suppliers. <h2>Baggage</h2>

Baggage is carried under passenger&#39;s risk. Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of USD $ 100.00, regardless of the value for it&#39;s owner, unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. We assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles.

<h2>Adventure Activities</h2>

When practicing adventure activities, and/or visiting wilderness areas or other places were the tour enters or takes place, the tour participant attests and verifies to be physically fit and in good health to undertake these activities. The tour participant expressly accepts and assumes the risks and dangers inherent to these areas and activities.

<h2>Accidents</h2>

Liability for death or personal injuries to passengers is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage subscribed by the company, according to the laws of Costa Rica, in effect at the moment of the accident.

Minimum of 2 passengers is required for the tour to run; if the minimum size is not reached, the tour is subject to cancellation and all tickets are refunded or rescheduled.
