When you think about Costa Rica, you probably imagine lush tropical rainforest, flowing white rivers, spectacular waterfalls, birds, butterflies, monkeys, sloths, snakes, frogs, and jaguars. At La Paz Waterfall Gardens, you are guaranteed to see all that and more.

With over 3.5 kilometers of walking trails and 10 animal exhibits to enjoy, we recommend a minimum of 2 hours for your visit. However, if you would like to see every trail and thoroughly enjoy the time spent in the Butterfly Observatory, Hummingbird Garden, Serpentarium, Frog Exhibit, Tica House, Trout Lake, and our bird watching areas, you will probably want to stay the whole day.

Transfers are based upon scheduled departures. Private transfers are available upon request. Hotels and packages: &nbsp;All bookings must be paid in full prior to client&#39;s arrival. &nbsp;Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to client&#39;s arrival will be considered a no-show, and are subject to the penalties imposed by hotels and other service suppliers. <h2>Baggage</h2>

Baggage is carried under passenger&#39;s risk. Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of USD $ 100.00, regardless of the value for it&#39;s owner, unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. We assume no liability for fragile, valuable or perishable articles.

<h2>Adventure Activities</h2>

When practicing adventure activities, and/or visiting wilderness areas or other places were the tour enters or takes place, the tour participant attests and verifies to be physically fit and in good health to undertake these activities. The tour participant expressly accepts and assumes the risks and dangers inherent to these areas and activities.

<h2>Accidents</h2>

Liability for death or personal injuries to passengers is limited to contract conditions with suppliers and insurance coverage subscribed by the company, according to the laws of Costa Rica, in effect at the moment of the accident.

Minimum of 2 passengers is required for the tour to run; if the minimum size is not reached, the tour is subject to cancellation and all tickets are refunded or rescheduled.
