Itinerary: 
 
Your transport will pick you from your respective hotel this morning. Pickups begin from 8.30 am. 
 
Times: 
Inter-Continental Resort: 8.30am 
Denarau Hotels : 8.45am 
Nadi Area Hotels: 9:00am 
Lautoka Hotels: 9.30am&nbsp; 
 
 
From there, you&#39;ll head to Nalesutale Village for a traditional welcome &lsquo;Kava&rsquo; ceremony. This ceremony is an important aspect of visiting&nbsp;a Fijian&nbsp;village and will give you an&nbsp;insight into Fijian culture.&nbsp; 
 
Afterwards,&nbsp;trek&nbsp;through the rainforest up to the waterfall for a swim and some time to relax.&nbsp; 
 
Next, return&nbsp;to the village, where a Fijian barbecue&nbsp;lunch with fresh local fruits will be served! After filling your belly, head to the Tifajek Therapeutic Mud pools&nbsp;for a dip. 
 
Later, enjoy&nbsp;a visit to the Garden Of The Sleeping Giant. Then, it&#39;s onto your final stops of the tour,&nbsp;the Namaka Fresh Fruit Market and the sacred Sri Subrahmanya Swami Hindu Temple. You&#39;ll also call into&nbsp;Nadi Town for some shopping. 
 
You&#39;ll be dropped off at your hotel around 5.00 pm.&nbsp;
