Your Paradise packages do not include travel insurance. As part of the terms & conditions you agree to purchase your own travel insurance when booking which should include covering you in the case of Covid-19 infection.

Effective 14 February 2023, international travellers arriving into Fiji by air or sea will no longer be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and travel insurance to enter Fiji. 

However, it's a good idea to ensure you understand your country's latest restrictions on travelling to and from Fiji.  These are fluid and may include mandatory tests and quarantine requirements upon your return.

An email with your flight itinerary will be sent out roughly 2 months prior to the event. If you require these details early, or have any questions contact us.

Due to a limited number of flights in and out of Fiji and to ease guest arrival experience to the island, some guests fly from the 10th-15th, and other guests fly from the 11th-16th.

All travel groups experience an estimated duration of 6 days and 5 nights inclusive of travel time. The main events, including the 10 events and parties on the island, can be experienced by all guests.

In order for you to catch the correct transfers: Please ensure your flight arrives at Nadi Airport (NAN) by 10:30am on the 11th of December, and departs Nadi Airport (NAN) at or after 16:00pm on the 16th of December. If you are not catching the allocated transfers, please let us know via email. You are required to send all your flight details & a copy of your passport before the 30th of September, 2023.

Granted you and your friend are of the same gender and are flying from the same city, if you purchase individual packages we are happy to try and organise for you both to be in the same shared accommodation. Please contact us by the 30th of September, 2023 with both yours and your friends booking details. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate your request however we will do our best.
