Please be aware that dress standards in Asia differ from those in Western Countries.
If you’re planning on visiting religious sites, we recommend that women wear a long skirt, or carry a sarong.
- A mixture of lightweight clothing with some warm layers
- Wind and waterproof jacket (depending on the season but it’s always advisable to carry one)
- Comfortable shoes and if the program includes a trekking activity we recommend hiking shoes with ankle support. Sandals with straps for water activities and the beach
