There definitely is a possibility, depending on the situation,&nbsp;to take this tour when staying in the Yudanaka or Shibu&nbsp;area!&nbsp;This also goes for those staying at the Shiga-kogen&nbsp;area, but only during the winter months. Please note that the meeting point will be Yudanaka Station for the former two and for the latter it will be Hasuike bus terminal. The time of meeting will change as well as the time of return. Please make sure to let us know at the time of booking as to where you are staying so we can inform you.

This tour is a terrific taste of all that stunning Nagano has to offer.&nbsp;Explore the temple town of Nagano City and meet snow monkeys in&nbsp;Jigokudani - &quot;Hell&#39;s Valley&quot;! Travel through breathtaking Japanese scenery, relax at peaceful&nbsp;Zenkoji Temple and shop til you drop at the bustling&nbsp;Nakamise shopping street.

Your adventure begins early at 8:45 am and after meeting your guide at Nagano Station, it&#39;s time to head to the Snow Monkey Park. Take a &nbsp;30-minute stroll through beautiful forest and surrounds and try and spot monkeys as you go.&nbsp;You&#39;ll be able to watch&nbsp;Japanese wild macaques bathing in onsen&nbsp;(hot springs) or frolicking around the park. 
 
After watching the monkeys play, it&#39;s time for a delicious&nbsp;lunch, and then - time to get tranquil at Zenko-ji Temple! 
 
Explore the temple precinct with an expert guide, and learn about the history and culture of this Buddist temple.&nbsp;&nbsp;Take a wander around&nbsp;the beautiful grounds and&nbsp;discover hidden gems like the tunnel&nbsp;under the temple&nbsp;where you can gain enlightenment by finding the &ldquo;Key To Paradise&rdquo;.

Next, you&#39;ll be able to explore Nakamise Street, famous for its shopping and deals, with 30 minutes free time! Try some Japanese Sake at a local brewery and pick up some souvenirs to take home. 
 
After trying the delicious sake, it&#39;s time to head back to Nagano Station.&nbsp; 
 
This tour is a full day trip, starting at 8:45 am and ending at 5:00 pm.

	<li>During the winter it is common to see the Snow Monkeys enjoying the hot spring bath, however&nbsp;from spring up to autumn there will be times where the monkeys play or eat in the water, however please note that the monkeys are wild animals and there is no guarantee that there will be monkeys in the bath.</li>
	<li>There are a few days in the year that the monkeys might not come down to the park. In such case the park is closed and we will provide an alternative activity.</li>
