Pregnancy 
Unfortunately, due to health &amp; safety concerns the tour&nbsp;is&nbsp;unable to allow pregnant women to come through Fear Factory.

The youngest visitor to survive the Fear Factory experience was just 7 years old, whilst the&nbsp;oldest was a lady of 83! It is at parents discretion as to whether or not this activity is appropriate for their children. Under 12&rsquo;s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 12 to 16 years old must have a parent or guardian sign for them if they are not entering with them.&nbsp; Unfortunately, the tour&nbsp;cannot allow children younger than 7 to take part in the experience.

Fear Factory Queenstown is New Zealand&#39;s scariest haunted house! Walk through the doors at your own pace and watch your fears come to life in the dark passageways. Live actors and impressive special effects will make you jump at every corner. If you choose to chicken-out, you can simply yell &quot;I chicken out!&quot; and exit the attraction. Of course, that means you&#39;ll be added to the tour&#39;s growing Chicken List (now at over 21,000 people strong). The attraction is geared towards adults, so children under 15 are recommended to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Don&#39;t worry &mdash; the experience only lasts 30 minutes! But that&#39;s a long time when you&#39;re scared to death...

	<li>All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded</li>
	<li>The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: a) waterway, road or weather conditions; b) lack of numbers participating in the Activity; c) unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity; d) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator. All Guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator at all time</li>
