The tour is required to ensure that the aircraft is operated within its maximum weight limitations and its aircraft's gravity is within limits. The tour, therefore, requests passenger weights at the time of booking to assist the pilots operationally in planning and managing seat availability and to provide a great customer experience. Please ensure you inform them of your weight, especially if any passengers are 120kg or 260lb or over, prior to the date of travel. Passenger seat allocation is at the Pilots' discretion due to the weight and balance of the plane.
 

Yes. Children aged between 3-14 years are eligible for the child rate. Infants are aged up to and including 2 years weighing 15kg or less. Infants over 15 kgs must occupy their own seat and will be charged the Child price.

The Operator will provide lap belt extenders, infant life jackets and ear defenders to help keep young passengers comfortable.

The coach departs Queenstown at approximately 7am. You will arrive in Milford Sound for your Nature Cruise after approximately 5 hours, with plenty of photo stops and short walks on your way in.

In accordance with New Zealand law and for your safety, all children aged 6 and under must be correctly secured in an approved child seat while travelling in any coach. If you need to hire an approved child seat, you can contact Tots on Tour at +64 3 442 0409.

Depending on the size of the car seat, this may be flown back with you, or it may need to return by coach to be collected from Southern Discoveries later in the day.

Yes, a Kiwi-style buffet lunch is included with this experience, which consists of a selection of delicious hot and cold dishes and salads freshly prepared on board using local produce.
