Tours depart from the supplier&#39;s berths at the Lapsley Butson Wharf, on the Queenstown Lakefront by Earnslaw Park in central Queenstown. Check in at the booking kiosk on the lakefront in front of Patagonia Chocolates, next to Earnslaw Park.

Each jet ski has a waterproof compartment in the front and a small drybag where you can put your valuables. You can also leave your bag or belongings in a&nbsp;locked wharf bin.

Lake Wakatipu is an inland lake in Queenstown, on New Zealand&#39;s south island. It&#39;s surrounded by impressive alpine mountains and filled with hidden bays and wild shorelines.

On this all-inclusive, one-hour guided tour of Lake Wakatipu, you will get to experience all the stunning scenery that this area has to offer. It is an incredible and memorable way to see one of New Zealand&#39;s most beautiful locales. If you love water sports and adventure, then this thrilling, high-speed jet ski ride is the perfect activity for you.

Your tour will be led by a qualified jet ski expert, who will teach you how to safely operate your very own Seadoo jet ski!&nbsp;If you&#39;ve never driven a jet ski before, don&#39;t worry. This tour is suitable for beginners and experienced jet ski operators alike. Your guides will be there every step of the way to ensure you feel comfortable &quot;behind the wheel&quot;. They will also share stories and facts about the lake and its history throughout the tour.

&nbsp;

If you prefer not to drive, that&#39;s okay too. Each jet ski seats two, meaning you have the option to ride as a passenger if you&#39;ve got a friend willing to drive instead.

All tours depart from Queenstown Bay, located on the lakefront in central Queenstown. They run for approximately one hour once you&#39;ve left the bay.&nbsp;Please allow up to two hours for the whole experience including check-in and instruction.

The supplier is a New Zealand owned and registered companies. BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy applies. A full refund will be given with at least 24 hours notice prior to your booking. No refunds/changes/transfers with less than 24 hours notice. If you do not show up no refunds will be issued. The Jet Ski One Hour Guided Tour requires minimum numbers to operate. If the trip is cancelled due to minimum numbers customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. RESTRICTIONS Minimum age to ride in the shark is 6 years old. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form. Rides in the shark are subject to a weight restriction of 105kg (231 pounds/16.5 stone) and height restriction of 193cm (6ft 4?). The supplier reserves the right to cancel any trip if the passenger safety is at risk due to the customer exceeding the weight or height restrictions. Please call the supplier if you have any questions regarding this. Jet Ski Tours Queenstown Solo drivers must be 18 years or over. It is recommended children be eight years or over to ride as a passenger with an adult driver. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form. Weight restrictions do apply with a maximum of two adults per jet ski or 230kg per jet ski. You must be comfortable floating in the water with a lifejacket in the unlikely event you fall off. You need to be able to understand basic English to follow the guide&#39;s verbal instructions. GENERAL SAFETY POLICY Passengers should be aware that in New Zealand any claims for personal injury are limited by a government scheme and passengers should obtain their own insurance should they wish to do so. Please advise a member of our staff if you have a physical condition that may affect the enjoyment of or your safety on the product booked. We suggest that passengers do not take any personal property or equipment in the sharks or jet skis, however if passengers choose to do so then this property or equipment is carried at the PASSENGER&#39;S OWN RISK and the supplier will not be liable in any way for any loss to such property or equipment however caused. For the safety and comfort of all customers all instructions given by the pilot/guide must be followed and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children do the same. It is the customer&#39;s responsibility to review our safety policy for the product they have booked. 	<li>The recommended age for children to ride as passengers is 8 years and above. Please contact the supplier before booking if you have children under this age. A Parent or Legal Guardian must complete a waiver form for all children 17 years and under riding as passengers.</li>
	<li>Maximum combined weight per jetski for driver and passenger is 230kg.</li>
	<li>Lifejackets are provided but customers must be comfortable floating in a lifejacket in the water to go on this trip.</li>
	<li>You don&rsquo;t require a jet ski licence or drivers licence for this tour.</li>
	<li>Tours can be affected by high winds and stormy conditions on the lake. All customers need to do a weather check by calling 0508 493 762 two hours before their trip departure time.&nbsp;</li>
