<h3>The Helicopter Line Queenstown Terms</h3>

ONLINE BOOKINGS

Please Note: A credit card is required to pre-authorise and guarantee your booking for standard flights (a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for Private Charters). Payment for your flight can be made on the day of your departure. Should you fail to show for the trip when space is guaranteed, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the booked activity. If you are booking a Private Charter online you will be charged 50% of the full price, with the balance to be paid at check-in. The same cancellation policy still applies for Private Charters.

MINIMUM NUMBERS

All flights have a minimum passenger number for departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum as we will coordinate to achieve the required minimum. Clients are required to reconfirm their reservation the day prior to flying by calling 0800 500 575.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
 
Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, a booking will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line bases for a flight of similar duration and price. You will not be charged if you are unable to reschedule the flight and refunds given if a flight had been paid for. 
 
If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip or no show on the day, the full amount of the flight applies. Failure to check-in on time will be treated as a no-show and will incur full payment. Failing to show up for a Private Charter flight will result in the remaining 50% of the fare being charged to your account.

<h3>Pilot&#39;s Choice - Special Terms</h3>

An infant must sit on an adult&#39;s lap.

Flights are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers of passengers for departure. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum numbers on the basis that bookings will be coordinated with other paying passengers to achieve minimum numbers.

Flights, landings and routes may vary due to weather and at the pilot&rsquo;s discretion. Flight times are approximate and include your landing.

Failure to check-in on time will be treated as a no-show and will incur full payment as per our cancellation policy.
