A hāngī feast is a traditional Māori meal cooked underground using heated stones, offering a unique and delicious dining experience.

On the nature walk, you&rsquo;ll see glow worms in their natural habitat and a sacred freshwater spring that holds spiritual significance for the Māori people.

Opening and closing times vary with the summer and winter season. Please check before you arrive.&nbsp;

The evening begins with a warm welcome as you&#39;re introduced to the traditions and customs of the Māori people. You&rsquo;ll be captivated by an authentic cultural performance, featuring songs, dances, and the powerful haka.

Watch as warriors in traditional attire paddle a waka down a sacred stream, demonstrating the strength and skill of their ancestors.

After the performance, feast on a delicious hāngī meal, cooked underground using traditional methods. The meal includes a variety of meats, vegetables, and sides, all infused with rich earthy flavours.

Following dinner, enjoy a guided walk through the forest, where you&#39;ll see glow worms and learn about the significance of the natural springs to the Māori people.
