What better way to soak up the picturesque scenery of Waikiki&#39;s sparkling coastline and&nbsp;Diamond Head than on a stand-up paddleboard. Waikiki&#39;s warm, clear waters are always inviting&nbsp;and our friendly, talented staff are excited to share their watersports expertise during a fun lesson.

&nbsp;

Join a 2-hour session&nbsp;where our instructors will teach you how to conquer the balancing act of stand-up paddling, an excellent core and cardio workout requiring minimal skill. Throughout the lesson, you will learn multiple techniques on how to hold the paddle, turn the board and paddle forward and backward, and by the end will leave you feeling comfortable&nbsp;to&nbsp;paddle on your own.

Choose between a group lesson, a semi-private lesson or a private lesson to suit your needs.&nbsp;The options are detailed below to&nbsp;make sure you get the most out of your experience and the most effective instruction to suit your ability.

<h4>Group Lesson</h4>

As one of the most popular options, the group stand-up paddle lessons are a great way to have fun on the water and get fit while doing it. Learn the basics of standup paddling and build up your confidence on the board, ideal for first-time paddlers.&nbsp;If you don&rsquo;t have a group, we will&nbsp;put one together for you, however, you must book with a minimum of two people.&nbsp;Participants must be 14 years or older for a group lesson.

<h4>Semi-Private Lesson</h4>

The semi-private&nbsp;lessons&nbsp;are a&nbsp;perfect opportunity for couples, family, or friends to learn the art of stand up paddling together, while still getting a more personalised experience.&nbsp;There is a two-person-to-one-guide ratio, so you must book with a minimum of two people.&nbsp;

<h4>Private Lesson</h4>

The private stand-up paddle board lessons are&nbsp;recommended for children younger than 14, intermediate to advanced stand-up paddlers, and anyone who wants the extra attention. This lesson can be tailored to what you want&nbsp;to learn, so if you want to&nbsp;start catching waves on a paddle board, this experience is ideal for you. You&rsquo;ll get customised coaching from our experienced surfer, lifeguard and standup paddle instructor.
