- All participants must have adequate health and travel insurance to cover injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and other expenses associated with cancellatuion of a tour

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than 30 days: No charge
- Cancellations 30-14 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations 13-8 days prior to departure:75% cancellation fee
- Cancellations 7-0 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
