The good news is that Vietnam and Cambodia is pretty much flat, so there are no hills of note throughout this tour.
Whilst this tour is run in the cooler months, Vietnam and Cambodia is in a warm part of the world. The heat can be factor, so if in any doubt about cycling abilities we recommend an e-bike.
There is a support vehicle throughout with the option to take a break from riding at anytime.

Due to the varied terrain, mountain bikes are used on this tour. E-Bikes are also quality mountain bike style.
Standard pedals are fitted to all bikes but clip in pedals can be fitted on request.
