Finding us is easy! You can spot the Gondola from downtown Queenstown. It runs from the top of Brecon Street and heads straight up to Bob&rsquo;s Peak. The bottom terminal is within walking distance of the town centre. Alternatively there is parking available on Brecon Street at the base.

Access via the Gondola&nbsp;opens at 9am everyday, all year round. Waiting times may vary depending on the time of the year. Due to daylight hours, Luge closing times change throughout the year. Please see the table below for the full list of closing times.

Upon completion of transaction a confirmation email will be sent to you with your receipt number. Print the receipt or present on your smartphone at the ticket counter when you arrive.

Riders who are under 110cm will need to ride in tandem with an adult, and only on the Scenic or Intermediate tracks.&nbsp;Additionally, only infants who are able to walk and support their own body weight are able to ride with an accompanying adult. Riders who are between 110cm and 135cm, can ride the Scenic and Intermediate tracks&nbsp;unaccompanied. Children that are 10 years old and over 135cm can ride the Advanced Track unaccompanied.

Head up at dusk for some incredible views of Queenstown from the top of Bob&#39;s Peak. Your Skyline Queenstown Gondola will take you 450 metres up (the steepest cable car ride in the Southern Hemisphere!), once you reach the top you&#39;ll take in 220 degree panoramic views of Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Walter and Cecil Peak.

Once you&#39;ve reached the top get ready to race down to the bottom of Bob&#39;s Peak on an adrenaline-fuelled Skyline Luge. See if you can handle the speed as you take on 800 metres of banked corners, tunnels and dippers. When you finally make it to the bottom, don&#39;t worry, you&#39;ll be able to do it ALL OVER AGAIN. When a credit card is used to purchase Skyline products, the same card must be presented on arrival at Skyline. If the holder of the credit card is not present, then the customer may be asked to provide sufficient evidence from the card holder to secure the booking.

Gondola tickets are sold on a per-ride basis rather than an exclusive cabin ride. Skyline reserves the right to fill cabins to maximum capacity (4 passengers in Queenstown, 8 in Rotorua).

Luge rides are subject to a strict code of conduct. Height restrictions apply to accompanied children.

Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without refund.

<h4>Online Purchase Refund Policy</h4>

<h5>Gondola and Luge</h5>

	<li>Tickets can be redeemed on any day within this period, no advance reservation is required.&nbsp;

	<li>For reservations cancelled or amended (date/numbers) within 24 hours of your booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

	<li>If you have booked a specific date and time within the 6 month period, we require 72&nbsp;hours&#39; notice for amendments or cancellations.

	<li>Bookings are fully refundable and amendable provided cancellation/amendments are made no less than 72 hours before expected arrival.

	<li>Cancellations to&nbsp;Christmas Day&nbsp;and&nbsp;New Year&#39;s Eve&nbsp;bookings prior to 21 December will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 20 December will not be entitled to a refund and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.&nbsp;

<h4>Luge Code of Conduct</h4>

The Luge Code of Conduct sets out the rules that help make the Luge a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

	<li>Keep it&nbsp;Under Control&nbsp;- remain in control of your speed and direction. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle, as it is the Luge riders responsibility for keeping their Luge cart under control. Stay alert in case a&nbsp;quick reaction is needed to avoid a collision. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>No Helmet, No Ride&nbsp;- helmets must be worn at all times when riding the Luge. Optional knee and elbow pads are available. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Pull Back to Stop&nbsp;- To slow yourself or stop the cart pull the handlebars back toward you. DO NOT STOP BY PUSHING HANDLE BARS FORWARD. Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times while riding to ensure ease of steering and braking. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Keep Your Feet in the Luge Cart at All Times&nbsp;- do not put your feet outside of the cart foot-well, unless completely stopped, as injury may result. Footwear must be worn at all times. Use the brakes to slow or stop the cart! 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Yield to those Below&nbsp;- Yield the right of way to person downhill and choose a course that ensures their safety. A rider in an uphill position is responsible for manoeuvring to avoid them. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Don&#39;t Block the Track&nbsp;- Stop on the track only if you are visible from above and if you are not obstructing the track. Only stop at the side of the track out of the way of others. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Respect All Safety Signs&nbsp;- Obey all signs and warnings and never venture off track. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>No Alcohol or Drugs&nbsp;- Do not ride the Luge if your ability is impaired through use of alcohol or drugs. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Give First Aid Staff a Hand&nbsp;- If you are involved in, or witness an accident, remain at the scene and identify yourself to first-aid staff. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Secure Loose Clothing and Articles&nbsp;- Jackets, garments, scarves, long hair and any personal articles should be secured to avoid damage or loss. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>No Group Racing, No Bumping or Skidding&nbsp;- Racing in groups is not permitted. Do not bump into other carts. Do not skid the Luge cart wheels. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Warning&nbsp;- To ride the Luge you must be in good health and be free of, motion sickness, back problems or other physical limitations. Expectant mothers should not ride. 
	&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Height Restriction
	<ul>
		<li>To ride the Luge by yourself, you must be over 110cm in height and/or 6 years &amp; older.</li>
		<li>On the Scenic Track, children under 110cm must ride in tandem with an adult.</li>
